Marketing & Sales Support Staff

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Marketing & Sales Support Staff will play a key role in supporting our executive and business development team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Assist the Country Manager in conducting marketing research as well as preparing marketing reports - Update company's online marketing channels - Prepare marketing and PR events - Assist the sales team in preparing and following up on proposals and quotes - Manage and maintain customer accounts and records - Communicate with customers to provide information and support in English and Thai via various communication channels - Provide administrative support to the sales team - Coordinate with overseas manufacturing team - Perform market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and gather market intelligence

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role - Strong organizational skill with pleasant, people-centric communication skills - Proficiency in English communication (Reading & Writing, Speaking would be advantageous) - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, familiarity with CRM software advantageous - Experience in the solar energy industry advantageous, but not required - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Can work under pressure and tight deadlines - Own car with valid driver license, can travel to upcountry or overseas either alone or with the team if necessary - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Can provide proof of English proficiency (TOEIC, TOEFL,IELTS, and/or equivalent certificate)
