หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• · Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope, requirements, identifying key issues, designing & presenting solution, testing, system implementation, and training. · Liaises with business community to understand business process and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process. · Manage projects and assist development teams in understanding requirements and application design. · Create and maintain necessary project documentations, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup. · Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation. · Provide 2nd-level support service to site IT teams worldwide.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 3 - 5 years of IT computer validation with experience in medical device manufacturing operation • In-depth knowledge of object oriented languages (Java, C++) and or good knowledge of scripting languages (Visual Basic, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, Perl) and relational Data Bases and SQL • Experience in a regulated environment with in depth knowledge and experience with cGMPs/GLPs/GAMP regulations related to medical device manufacturing systems, CFR Part 820, 210, 211, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, ISO 14971. • Very good command of written & spoken English.
