•Configuration and troubleshooting of windows server. •Configuration and troubleshooting of device based on Cisco in LAN and WAN environment. •Support customer requests the were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement. •Responsible in own case, follow up status and keep tracking until the incident was closed. •Control, Escalate, and follow up customer cases in order to comply with customer's service level agreement. •Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process •Provide report to supervisor and project manager upon requests.

1.Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology 2.At least 1 year Experience in related fields 3.Strong knowledge of computer networking skill ; TCP/IP networking, configuration & troubleshooting 4.1 – 5 years Experiences in windows server environment. 5.Have experience with IT support or relate field. 6.Service mind and have interpersonal skill. 7.Able to work with team, quick learning and initiative. 8.Good knowledge of network (LAN/WAN) configuration and troubleshooting will be advantage. 9.Good knowledge of security solution, appliance, and troubleshooting. 10.Have knowledge of operation system (Windows client / server, Linux, VMware) configuration. 11.CCNA, CCNP, MCSA or MCSE will be an advantage. 12.Have a good communication skill and good team player. 13.Have a good service mind and logical thinking.
