•Designing/Architecting of SAP System -Create and Maintain standard designs/procedures that suits the customer requirements •Provide technical support in the Installation of SAP system-Hardware and Software •Provide technical support in the Up-grade of SAP system-Hardware and Software •Provide recommendations in Managing infrastructure i.e., client/server architecture and its configuration •Management of database (S4/HANA) •Management / configuration of connections between various systems and SAP •Lead in the Administration & Monitoring of SAP system, its users and user interface (GUI) •Provide support and leadership in technical troubleshooting

•Formal Root Cause Analysis Training and experience highly desirable •Experience in a wide variety of IT disciplines, including networking, servers, storage, data management, operations, and disaster recovery •At least 3 years IT experience in an enterprise environment •At least 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS implementation •At least 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS operation support •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems •Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment •Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organization •Experiences in system implementation and/or system development projects are benefits
