Software Development Team Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Lead and manage the team to deliver the project tasks. • Maintain current knowledge of standard language, coding methods, and operations requirements. • Plan and provide technical specifications for features or system design. • Direct the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. • Review new and existing codes to identify areas of improvement and enforce best practice. • Build up teams in both quality and capacity. • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry and technical area of focus.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, MIS, or IT related field 2. At least 5 years' hands on experience in Software Development. 3. Relevant experience on Frontend & Backend development. 4. Have a good understanding of Web Application, Microservice, SQL / NoSQL database, Cloud services 5. Proficiency in C# .NET Framework / .NET core / Angular 10+ / TypeScript / JavaScript / MVC 6. Knowledge of XML, Restful, JSON, Entity Framework and OOP Concept 7. Currently work with a version control software -e.g., GIT, SVN. 8. Experienced in web application security. 9. Able to code, review, lead and coach team member. 10. Highly logical and problem solving. 11. Strong communication skills.
