หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of digital solutions, technologies and inform top management of new offerings or opportunities. • Gather and analyze business requirements from customers/internal users, translating them into technical solution/specification that cover all business needs. • Develop detailed software specifications with creative teams. For example: User Stories, Application workflow, UI functionality/behavior, Wireframe, User Manuals, and Reports. Ensuring that they respond to business needs and are able to be clearly understood by development teams. • Lead backlog grooming or requirement gathering sessions and product demonstrations. • Work with the Product Development Manager to ensure that the development meets the established scope and requirements. • Providing support during the development, system integration testing and user acceptance testing. • Develops training materials, and conducts training sessions for users, team members and other interested parties in the company. • Participation in support and user training processes during and after implementations.
