หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
• Implement and manage security measures, ensuring compliance with Industry-standard.
• Conduct regular system audits for performance optimization
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years or above of proven experience as a System Engineer in private, Public, or Hybrid cloud management.
• Able to work in shifts (shifts day 9.00 a.m.-9.00 p.m., and shifts night 9.00 p.m.-9.00 a.m.)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Promox, etc.)
• Experience with Container technology management (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience in System Integration Management, Test Management, and Deployment management.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, AWS, and GCP are a plus.
