หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the design of comprehensive system analysis and design, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed systems and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, data flow diagrams, and process models.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and modifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems, resolving issues and optimizing performance.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior system analysts and other team members to foster professional development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve business processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of system analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting system design documents and architecture diagrams.
• Experience with system implementation, integration, and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
