หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Performs 1st Tier support, responds to incidents, provide troubleshooting and resolving problems and issues associated with group of Data analytics tools and related applications under responsibilities. 2. Work across IT teams (Application, Infrastructure and New Initiative/Project Management) to deliver the projects and resolve application issues. 3. Maintaining/Monitoring and ensures the highest levels the availability,integrity,capacity and performance of corporate data ecosystems to ensure that all data warehouses, databases, data integration jobs,data processing and reporting services are functional correctly. 4. Identifies opportunities for optimization by actively monitoring and exposing recurring issues, then works independently or with senior team members to implement proposed solutions. 5. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of corporate data structures and reporting environments to provide adhoc reports for day-to-day operational needs. 6. Provision in data governance, data security, and data accessibility including control access permissions and privileges accounts to meet IT standards/Data Provision Act. 7. Ensures that consistent and reliable database backups are taken at regularly scheduled intervals. This includes developing procedures and making recommendations to management as to the best way of maintaining a recoverable database. 8. Ensure the system documentations are maintained and up-to-date. These include Requirement documents, Functional and Technical design, Testing, Installation, Administrator Manual, User Manual and End-User Training documents.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer/IT or related fields. 2. Minimum of 2-5 year experiences in Database management, and development. 3. Strong knowledge in SQL/T-SQL, If have skills in Python or any other programming skills would be an advantage. 4. Hands-on experiences with relational database such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL database is preferable. If also have knowledge in non-relational database or Big Data technology would be an advantage. 5. Basic understanding of data ecosystems and overall IT infrastructures. 6. Experience in Data Analytic tools and visualization tools or familiar with enterprise reporting package. If have background in hotel business would be an advantage. 7. Good command of spoken and written English.
