Marketing Officer (Sukhumvit 30)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Call agencies to find potential clients to visit the residence.
• - Search the previous record for any companies who may have upcoming expats.
• - Preparing offer letter lease agreement.
• - Ensure all agreement renewals.
• - Report daily visit to GM / Management.
• - Input info in facebook / Instagram.
• - Check company website for most updated information .
• - Introduce clients to other Piyasombat properties.
• - Keep good relationship with all agencies.
• - Follow up after client visit for further negotiation.
• - Check showroom to be presentable at all times.
• - Show rooms.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Service-minded, Fluent English-spoken & written
• - Detail-oriented and good negotiation skills
• - Prominent in Computer Software Program, e.g. Microsoft Office (excel/ word).
• - Ability to work under pressure with time constraint
• - Ability to respond quickly to change and adapt to any situation.
• - Experience in Sales & Marketing field is preferred.
