Product Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibility : Initiate the product development process with aims to lead and create innovative products that will be ahead of the competition. Manage relationships and coordinate with manufacturers for initial development and manage production schedules to meet the timeline. Develop new products and services intended to building relationships with under markets analysis, Logistics, customer feedback, improvements and all other aspects of getting a product into the market. Define, develop and execute the annual strategic marketing plan through gathering and analyzing market research data, design, purchase, manufacturing, sales and after sales support team. Responsibility product design to make product working as per design specifications. Select new suppliers/manufacturers for production support and evaluation.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Key Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field. Minimum 7 year working experience with understanding of one or more of these categories: Home & Living / Healthcare / Cosmetic / Automotive: non-woven fabric Experience in Project management is preferred Experience in presenting at a senior level and ability to manage of internal working teams Ability to learn and adapt quickly to product and services Ability to engage in verbal, written & visual communications internally & externally across teams
