Sales & Marketing Executive (Snack Box / Catering)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare quotations, confirm orders, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Manage customer orders from order confirmation through delivery completion
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment
• Follow up on payments and coordinate with the Accounting team regarding receipts, invoices, and tax invoices
• Support event-related orders and customer functions involving the company’s products
• Maintain sales records, order details, and customer information for reporting and follow-up
• Support sales initiatives to grow snack box and catering revenue, especially among corporate clients

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, catering sales, food service, or related roles
• Experience in snack box, catering, bakery, restaurant, or hospitality business is highly preferred
• Experience serving corporate clients or office accounts will be a strong advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of Thai and working English
• Proactive, organized, and sales-driven mindset
