Product Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for growing sales and profit margin of assigned construction material product for Baht 150 Million+ in annual sales target - Work with sales manager and sales team in reaching quarterly and annual sales target - Act as a product expect and support sales team in closing deals - Help train sales , specification , customer service , and operations teams on product knowledge - Work with architects , consultants , and fabricator to spec-in products and educate them about product quality and benefits - Identify , build , and maintain , and follow-up closely on upcoming project pipelines - Study and compile information about competitors and develop strategies to address competitive positioning - Regularly report progress to management - Work with internal team (purchase , operations , brand marketing) and suppliers to forecast , order , and manage appropriate stock and pricing level - Identify new applications / market for the product and develop new customer use case for the products - Identify marketing needs/ opportunities & work with internal team to create solution - focused marketing support

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age 35 - 45 years - Bachelor Degree , preferably in Civil Engineer , Architecture , Environmental Engineering , business management from reputable schools - MBA/Master in Business highly preferred - At least 5-7 years experience in product management , product marketing , or brand management for construction material - Some prior experience in sales and project sales - Prior experience in construction / construction material industry - Excellent command of English (verbal and written) - Excellent interpersonal , presentation , and influencing skills; a strong team player - Strong business and technical acumen ; have a flair for marketing and creativity - Strong planning , organization , and analytical skill - Extremely result-oriented - Have own transport
