หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Responsible for recruitment for all levels - Recruitment and selection process and hiring staff to all departments - Prepare notices and advertisement for vacant position, schedule and organize interview, conduct reference check on possible candidate, orientation new staff about the company policy, benefit and condition of hiring, provide employee ID card until process complete - Creating the strategies for recruitment - Manage recruitment vendors to meet recruitment metrics - Assist Line Managers to understand recruitment policy and process as well as to define and specify recruiting requirements to ensure the business needs and goals - Handle campus recruitment, internship program, job fair, managing online job portals, etc. - Track and update recruitment-related reports - Prepare and maintain employment records and facilitate the hiring process with required activities
