- Develop and Execute HR strategy, HR policy and procedure, Manpower planning, Organization structure, Job grade structure, etc. Prepare all HR analysis information to CEO and support special project as assigned - Plan and Execute HR strategy to HR action plan to be aligned with HR Strategy and Business Direction. - Implementation, Communication and Follow up the feedback of HR Strategy and HR action plan - Responsible for OD including Succession Planning, Talent Management, Career Management and Management & Functional Trainee Project - Plan and implement OD strategy into HR Functions - Advice, Consult and Share knowledge to other colleagues - Work closely with the Head of HR to Initiate, Design and Implement OD Project - Act as a consultant and partner with business functions to implement and monitor frameworks and process
