Mechanical Project Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
• Take responsibility as project coordinator on projects nominated/agreed with team leader/project director.
• Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
• Ensure design reviews are organized with Team Leader on own projects at the correct time and that the check list is properly signed off by the checking engineer.
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
• Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
• Visit site as required to check installation works and make a report.
• Supervise the project procurement process
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
• Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
• Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
• Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
• Effectively coordinate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., civil, mechanical, Piping) and production teams (internal), as well as external stakeholders, to ensure project success.
• Learn and strictly adhere to all relevant safety standards and electrical codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• living in the local area or having a convenient commuting arrangement.
• Good decision-making making, good analytical skills, detail-oriented, team player, and eager to learn.
• Hard-working, adaptable, Positive-minded, problem-solving, Mutitask and management skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Basic Knowledge: Concept Design, Communication System.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed (if applicable).
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Good command of spoken and written English is a MUST
• Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Good organization.
