หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and related documents.
• Follow up and verify customer payments.
• Record incoming payments into the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
• Prepare Aging Reports and related AR reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and related departments.
• Review the accuracy of accounting and tax documents.
• Prepare AR summary reports and related documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software will be an advantage.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
