Customer Service Staff

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate with DGM and Manager to prepare and develop service performance and staff efficiency - Organize, direct, control and evaluate customer service under control.- Coordinate among departments concerned.- Communicate with NYK network both local/overseas to ensure good understanding relationship and cooperation.- Be responsible for customer service efficiency.- Monitor/create work simplification by eliminating/combining/rearranging working procedures for higher efficiency/effectiveness.- Control staff's discipline/achievement including set up measurement and evaluation to monitor.- Timely conduct staff training in order to strengthen product knowledge and teamwork for most efficient service.- Be responsible of training of new staff.- Any special assignment according to superior's requirement.
