Responsible

Main Responsibilities include:
• Drive the monthly close & cost accounting process .Review & validate cost updates and impacts. Perform monthly accrual activities.
• Support the finance planning team by providing a deep financial and business insight on related cost drivers. Partner with them on budgeting & forecasting activities
• Partner with sourcing, planning teams to develop and improve processes that impact accounting systems .
• Participate/lead in projects where accounting & costing system changes are needed
• Carry out SOX testing activities as assigned from time to time
• Actively participate in key initiatives as may be required from time to time
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
