หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• · Provide Level 2 Troubleshooting via Telephone, Email for Engineering Software applications and work collaboratively with vendor to solve user issue within SLA agreement · Perform regular update software to the latest version, document it and save it in Knowledgebase · Understand License Management, Maintain Engineering Software inventory and send Monthly Report to Stakeholder · Be responsible of purchasing Software and Maintenance Service Agreement(MA) of software and maintain Software license up to date · Prepare Maintenance Service Agreement (MA) Budget Proposal

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• · Over 2 years in Customer Support or Application Support experience. · Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills · Ability to learn new technologies and application systems quickly · Good command of spoken and written English. . Willingness to communicate with foreign vendor.
