• Market Research Manager / Researcher The Market Research Manager is responsible for selecting the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined business and research objectives. The Research Manager will work closely with Operations Manager or Market Research Project Manager ensuring the successful execution of the fieldwork. Upon completion, the Market Research Manager reviews the collected data, authors reports to meet research objectives and makes business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client. Researcher will be responsible mainly on execution parts and assist manager in accomplishing above goals. Responsibilities: • Key part of the role is commissioning surveys and coordinating research projects. • Communicating with clients to understand and document the business and research objectives. • Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques • Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans to meet objectives. • Designing research questionnaires and moderator guides. • Working with Project Managers to oversee the fieldwork initiative. • Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations and present findings. Skill / Requirements: • Thai nationality, Male or Female • A minimum of 5 years within the custom Market Research industry for Research Manager. • 1 to 3 years of industry / sector experience for Researcher. • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, marketing, mathematics or related field. • Strong communication / people skills and the ability to give clear instructions. • Excellent: Organization, Planning, Initiative, Active, Thorough. • Ability to multi-task responsibilities, work to deadlines and handle pressure. • An analytical mind, a strong knowledge of statistics, accurate / clear written skills and excellent problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS.
