Responsible

- Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation and service mind
- Handling new enquiry calls, escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary
- Create work order in Pit System referred to Service Procedure Standard
- Communicate with all departments involved to serve customers enquiries
- Produce performance report as daily, weekly, monthly or as requested
- Support training in aspect of service and Pit System to interested an assigned internal customers
- Good people skills to build solid relationships with professionals at all levels and create customer satisfaction the most
