หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries. Manage financial reporting, provide reliable and relevant financial information on a timely basis for Management, provision of monthly and quarterly reports, analysis and interpretation of financial statements to assist decision-making. Manage daily accounting operation to ensure accuracy and timely closing of financial statements month-end, quarter-end, year-end accounting closing. Perform regular internal audit checks on accounting documentation, reports, financial statements and taxation. Managing all tax matters including income tax, tax returns, tax refunds and half-year and year-end tax submissions. Coordinating with relevant parties such as external auditor, SET, Revenue Department, etc. Handling any ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and tax.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male/Female aged 30-45 years old. Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Accounting. CPA is an advantage. Minimum experience 5 years in consolidation, accounting and auditing. Experience in a Public Limited Company (PLC) or Big4 is preferable. Understanding Thai Financial Reporting System and International Financial Reporting Systems (TFRS). 5. Proficient of Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 6.Strong interpersonal skill, proactive problem solver, attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment. 7.Able to work under pressure with specific deadlines. 8. มีประสบการณ์ในการนำบริษัทเข้าตลาดหลักทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
