• • System Analyst, Business Consultant • Design Business Workflow Process • Understand technology concepts, grasp new ones quickly and appreciate their implications on delivery • Effectively manage major incidents, ensuring stakeholders are updated with the right information to drive the correct decisions • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams • Build positive relationships with suppliers & external stakeholders to deliver software or professional services • Serve as point of contact on customer escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved meticulously • Support go-live and post support activities

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science /Information Technology or related field of study • Strong in user requirements gathering, analysis, and application design by creating specification documents • Have at least 2 years experience in System Analyst related Developing business • Can work under pressure. Positive, Analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills • Overtime working is available in some circumstances. • Ability to use prioritize tasks and tracking incidents • Fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines • Fair to Good command in English
