L1 Team Lead Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Check the work of the team including clarification of operational expectations
• Check and manage the work time of the staff in the team to be in accordance with the plan.
• Work plan Organize the work schedule of the employees in the team. and allocate existing resources efficiently
• Manage and Develop team
• Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports presenting to the clients
• Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ancillary software.
• Quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated.
• Report changes in Dashboard and SSRS Report
• Modifying existing reports with additional search criteria
• Develop and mentor operations team members
• Design and implement enhancements and modifications to existing customer Warehouse Management System (WMS) environments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System
• Experience in SQL/Oracle and database procedures
• Experience in Manage Team
• May have supply chain and distribution industry knowledgel
• Have execellent English communication skill
• Able to work flexibly
