Telesales Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Managing, developing and supporting a team of telesales staff and implementing day-to-day operations. • Handling enquiries and complaints that are passed on from the Tele-Sales staff. • Ensuring that the team meets service levels and other key performance indicator targets. • Monitoring and tracking sales performance. • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales revenue targets. • Providing feedback to the Tele-Sales staff and guiding them on how they can increase revenue. Conducting ongoing training and coaching to meet quality requirements.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any related field.</li> <li>At least 3 years experience in telemarketing in the insurance, banking or consumer product fields.</li> <li>A strong sales driven person who understands how to achieve sales success.</li> <li>Strong relationship management skills.</li> <li>Proven success in hands-on team management and coaching.</li> </ul> <p>Strong negotiation skills together with good interpersonal and coordination skills</p>
