หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description Scrum Master will be part of Enhanced Content Team and will lead the Freestyle team and development partners with a well-defined Freestyle customized website development life cycle process. This role works with multiple development partners to build scalable website and to module development lifecycle processes. Primary Responsibilities Include The Following ● Lead the development of new demand from the Content Team ● Collaborate with partners to transition the demand into new ready to use feature ● Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team. ● Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology. ● Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team. ● Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process ● Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint ● Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings ● Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ● At least 2 years experience working within Scrum Framework ● Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices ● Understand the basic fundamentals of website development ● Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time ● Great Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills ● Ideally from E-commerce background ● Strong believe anything is possible ● Thai Nationality ● Ability to conduct a meeting in English and in Thai
