หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Being customer focal point of contract for the incident reporting 2. Investigate the problem,Manage and resolve system issues reported by customer 3. Provides incident tracking report to customer 4. Performance impact analysis of small enhancement request and provides estimation 5. Manage schedule of small enhancement request 6. Ensure the overall system operation is smoothly run with no major interruption to user operation (Contract 8 months ++ )

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - More than 10 years experienced in system analyst role - With 5 years minimum experience leading the application support team. - Experience with technologies such as ASP.net Java Ajax XML CSS or JavaScript is required. - The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects,business analytically, and work with developer
