• Coordinating all organization resources including vendors and customer departments, in the preparation, delivery and support of IT infrastructure • Managing all communications with respect to the team • Design Cloud and Server solutions and Handling server service delivery assignments. • Work independently on projects • Co-ordinate with onsite and offsite teams • To write procedure and work instruction manual

• At least 3-5 years' experience in setup, install, implement, trouble shooting in hardware and software especially Windows environment- Required • Knowledge on Automation tools • Knowledge of scripting (Batch scripting, Powershell , Vbscript) • Establish and good knowledge in MS Windows Server , Unix , Storage , VMware, Oracle , MS SQL Server, Software Backup, • Ability to manage in LAN/WAN and know how to use Networking System, DNS, DHCP and Network Security. • Ability to manage and configure VMWare, Cloud Computing and Citrix solutions will be an advantage • Ability to manage and configure SAN storage will be an advantage • Good team player, Service oriented and Ability to work in fast paced environment • Self-starter, good interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills • Good analytical and project management skills and work well with deadline • Good communication in both Thai and English • Experience in Retail or eCommerce will be an advantage • Age not more than 35 years old.
