Marketing Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Brand & Content Strategy: Define marketing strategies, campaign roadmaps, and content pillars for assigned brands, providing clear strategic and creative direction to the Creative team to drive effective brand execution.
• End-to-End Campaign & Brand Management: Lead end-to-end campaign management from planning and cross-functional alignment through launch execution and post- campaign evaluation, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints and achievement of campaign objectives.
• Commercial & Budget Optimization: Monitor sales performance, Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG), customer response, and campaign effectiveness across assigned brands, managing marketing budgets and optimizing Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
• Cross-functional & Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with Operations, Food, Purchasing, Finance, Chef Partners, and other external partners to ensure effective rollout of campaigns, new brand and store launches, and assigned brand initiatives.
• Store Marketing Materials & Deployment: Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and deployment of marketing materials and POSM to stores, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery in line with campaign and launch requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, Campaign Management, or a related field, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Business industry.
• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, from planning and execution to performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to analyze sales performance, SSSG, campaign effectiveness, and ROMI.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
