Supply Chain Analyst (Supply Planner)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Analyze and develop strategies to optimize inventory performance by analyzing forecast and inventory trends. Business and supply plan to provide short term, medium term at the required level, along with insights on risks, opportunities and trends. 2. Working with supply chain management to ensure that Inventory levels; tune the forecasts and inventory rules according to the demand and market trends and Weekly update Inventory report and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels. 3. Prepare data and update supply chain situation (Purchasing lead time, Shipment scheduling, Logistics capability and Inventory & aging stock) in real time to support business. 4. Supporting purchasing, logistics and after sales teams in their commercial customer planning for the full horizon ensuring alignment of assumptions. This will include monthly Supply Planning review meetings. 5. Monitor stock levels, determine optimal reorder & restock points, order quantities and make purchasing decisions. 6. Provided Supply planning, Inventory management, shipment plan and supply chain analysis report for top executive. 7. Furthermore, you will support the Business, Supply Chain (Purchasing, Logistics), Finance Integrated Management (S&OP) processes, playing an active role in gap closing. 8. Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics related to Supply Planning and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, business management, supply chain management or other relevant fields. - A minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial analysis and supply planning roles. - Having skill of analyzing tools for business and supply chain performance, supply chain-related data, - Able to assimilate large-scale data inputs and reach the most likely outcome. - Good in statistic reading, analyzing, and forecasting and resource planning. - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. - Capability to manage complex tasks in an agile environment. - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with can do attitude. - Continuous improvement with systematic approach. Able to travel to Lat Lum Kaeo warehouse 1-2 days a week
