หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Managing E-Commerce channel performance of sales targets and achievements, promotion negotiation, ensuring high digital visibility, and the implementation of promotions on online channels to continuously develop sales pipeline with potential customers. 2. Lead and drive sales team to reach the sales target and company goal at online channels 3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotion, campaign and activities against the target and commitments. 4. Forecast the sales target and manage stock at minimum/maximum level to be enough for selling each promotion rounds 5. Set KPI and review sales performance through monthly, quarterly, yearly reviews and post activity review. 6.. Ensure a smooth customer journey and customer satisfaction including customer services, logistic and delivery, and after sales services 7. Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations. 8. Understand customer insights by segments through data analytics and researches for potential business development. 9. Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ E-commerce/ Business majors (some online media study would be an advantage) - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, retail/FMCG, electronic company - Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising or managing in team is preferred - Excellent understanding of web design, customer flow and web analysis. - Has understanding of online consumer behavior, online/ ecommerce trends, ecommerce performance metrics - Highly analytical, proven ability to translate data into actionable insight. - Able to solve the problem effectively with strategic thinking skill - Good communication skill (both Thai and English).
