E-Commerce Manager ประจำสำนักงานวิทยุ (BTS เพลินจิต)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage, drive and oversee day-to-day operation to achieve e-commerce sales target through all channels (Website, Social commerce, marketplace).
• 2. Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
• 3. Ensure all marketplace channels [Lazada/Shopee/​Line / others ( if any)] are growing and deliver KPI on track
• 4. Oversee of E-Commerce operations to ensure a high service and delivery quality to end-users
• 5. Product Data content management and enhancement.
• 6. Oversee of E-Commerce operations to ensure a high service and delivery quality to end-users
• 7. Collaborate all strategy plan between functions incl. promotion, media, coupon, seasonal event and ensure all activities are delivered right for the customers.
• 8. Ensuring optimal product presentation and visibility on online channels.
• 9. To meet/exceed all assigned KPI’s, sales volume, profit targets and objectives.
• 10. Analyze product availability, returns, compensations to ensure constant updating and optimization.
• 11. Monitor sales performance and traffic analytic all platforms.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing or related field.
• - 3-5 years working experience in E-commerce Sales
• - Strong experience in E-commerce platform and management.
• - Extensive experience and knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce market places, and Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Shopee, LAZADA etc.
• - Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• - Analytical, data driven mindset.
• - High interpersonal skills, excels in working with a team.
• - Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.
• - Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
