Assistant Product Manager ประจำสำนักงานวิทยุ (BTS เพลินจิต)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Collaborate in conducting market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. 2. Collect and analyze data from market reports, surveys, and customer feedback to provide insights to the Product Manager. 3. Assist in researching and analyzing competitor products, prices, identifying strengths and weaknesses. 4. Update competitor's marketing and sales activities including events, promotions from various channels or platforms. 5. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. 6. Help track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.ึ 7. Assist in collecting, analyzing product-related data such as sales, defects, warranty claims, etc. 8. Collaborate with the R&D (testing team) to test new product features, durability and functionalities for quality assurance. 9. Offer data and insights to assist the Product Manager in making informed decisions concerning issues that arise at every stage of the product life cycle. 10. Assist in planning, developing, launching, and managing a product. It includes the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to development to go to market. 11. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars and maintaining clear and organized documentation, such as product roadmaps and etc. 12. Organize and maintain documentation, including product specifications, and project plans. 13. Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or any related fields. 2. Experience in retails business especially imported brands would be an advantage. 3. At least 3-4 years’ experience in Product Management. 4. Having knowledge in Product & Market. 5. Good Analytical and Data management skills. 6. Good command of both spoken and written English. 7. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. 8. Pro-active, curious, and innovative. 9. Good Team player.
