หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage recruitment process from job intake to offer acceptance
• Clarify hiring needs with managers and ensure Job Descriptions are aligned with actual business requirements
• Screen and assess candidates for role fit and organizational fit
• Conduct initial interviews and provide clear hiring recommendations
• Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (job boards, referrals, social media, direct sourcing)
• Build talent pools for recurring and critical positions
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines
• Provide realistic market insights and candidate feedback
• Ensure alignment on expectations and decision-making
• Maintain a professional and structured candidate experienc
• Coordinate onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth and professional start
• Prepare and ensure completion of onboarding documentation and required formalities
• Follow up with hiring managers and new hires during the initial period to support successful integration
• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and documentation
• Support improvement of recruitment workflow and standards
• Visit company locations, including company food factory, approximately once per month to support recruitment activities and hiring manager coordination

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 7+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience hiring for operational and managerial roles
• Strong screening and assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Professional, organized, and accountable
• Experience in retail, food, or service businesses
• Experience working in a growing or structured Thai organization
