• CUSTOMER SERVICE SEAFREIGHT Position Purpose :To process export customer service task.Job Functions - Principal Accountabilities:1. To receive booking from customer 2. To arrange booking with carrier, co-loader and trucking 3. To correspondence with overseas for any export issue 4. To create and send the vessel booking confirmation to customer 5. To open job and complete sailing schedule with overseas office code in CW1 system 6. To coordinate with EDI/Customs Dept for customs clearance 7. To follow up Shipping Instruction (SI) from customer 8. To submit ENS/AMS/ISF/AFR or other manifest as required by destination 9. To accrual cost / WIP on CW1 system 10. To handover job & instructions to Documentation Team 11. To complete Data Quality / Milestone & KPI within timeline 12. To send Pre-Alert and related export documents to overseas / courier 13. To Report significant increase / decrease / new business to superior 14. To follow up Export Entry status 04 from EDI/Customs Dept. & submit to clients 15. To perform...
