หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Installation , Move , Add and Change a company's IT hardware operating system, appropriate software and application. -Resolves user problems by answering questions and requests. -Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. -Manage network device, servers and technology tools. -Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. -Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer system. -Monitor performance and maintain system according to requirements. -Upgrade systems with new releases and models . -Create network user accounts and create group folders on file server. Also delete and archive personal data and server file for employees leaving the Program. -Maintain inventory of company's IT hardware and software. -Work with outside vendors to obtain quotes for all company's IT hardware and software. -Remain knowledgeable on all corporate approved software, as well as general technological advances -Testing and evaluating new technology. -Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. -Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule. -Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place order.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Proven experience as a IT Support, IT Service Desk, system Administrator , network Administrator or similar role -Experience with Computer hardware , software , networks (LAN ,WAN) ,Operating system - Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills -In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks -Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms -Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles -Excellent communication skills -Degree in computer, Science , engineering or relevant field
