QS Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Cost calculation: Cooperate with the analysis of bidding cost, collect and sort out the inquiry letters sent and received by manufacturers, and participate in the work of bidding and inquiring price; - Maintenance of cost information database: Responsible for collecting price information of the market and project department, sorting out the cost information, and participating in the establishment and maintenance of the company's cost information database. - Cooperation in project performance: responsible for calculating the rationality of subcontract submitted quantity and unit price, and cooperating with the project department in quantity calculation and price review. - Project settlement work: familiar with the components of project cost, able to cooperate with project settlement under the arrangement of leaders, participate in supplier negotiation within the scope of authority, and work on project price verification.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 26-33 ปี - วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วศบ.โยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ในงานก่อสร้างอาคารสูงประเภทต่างๆอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - สามารถใช้ Computer ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม AutoCad, Excel - ขับรถได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ - Work experience: working experience in substation, transmission line, BOQ and civil projects. - Strong communication and coordination ability, management ability and certain ability to resist pressure. - Able to communicate in English proficiently, basic knowledge of is preferred.
