หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible and be a leader to pursue new business by introducing, advising, and encouraging the staff member to reach the perfect target - Prepare the branch’s staff daily meeting and inform news receiving from HO - Supervise the branch’s staff performance and service providing to comply with the regulations - Prepare the branch’s action plan to reach the target and be responsible to the staff and branch ’s sells target - Resolve and respond the customer’s complaint - Request for approval or approve transaction under approval authority - Allow the staffs to take annual leave according to their right - Allow the staffs to attend the training on their purposes - Monitor the staff’s performance to pass the operation audit - Randomly examine the staff’s work - Randomly examine important instruments and documents - Control code Test Key, Key A and B

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields - Experience in Funding and Sales of the banking financial services - Knowledge of banking services, products and banking operational process - Strong knowledge and understanding of investment marketing - Able to create a high level of network with customers
