Site Manager (ประจำโรงพยาบาลศิริราช)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Examines and authorizes time sheets, completes with full details before forwarding to payroll section. - Appraises suborning on site co housekeeper supervisor and staff periodically in line with company policy. - To fully responsible for all operational activities at site to meet with customer requirements at his highest satisfaction. - To ensure high standard work is provided along with training activities conducted on site regularly. - To ensure staff on site are at number as agreement in contract. - Responsible of recruitment new staff to full up manpower in contract or to adjust work schedule to complete job in the contract with customer agreement. - To ensure assigned site is operated profitably by having good control of usage of chemical materials equipment on site and ensure no over staff on site. - To ensure the training sessions are conducted on site re knowledge of staff to properly use chemical materials equipment. - Responsible and follow up customer care card to be signed by customer monthly and ensures all problems identified in card are followed through. - To ensure each equipment on site functioning well a maintenance programmer is followed up as schedule set. - Controls the turnovers of site by examining and following up payment of customer. - Controls credit notes to reduce it in each month. - To coordinate with sales representative to survey new site if the new site belongs to same customer. - Holds monthly meetings with customers at management level or representatives to ensure customer is satisfied with services provided Holds formal monthly meeting with supervisors on site to transfer customer messages or complaints and assign them to follow up. - Works on labor expenses regular and make comparison with site budget make presentation to service manager or operation manager on month.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - รับเฉพาะเพศชาย อายุ 35-50 ปี - ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือได้รับยกเว้น - มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานไม่น้อบกว่า 5 ปี - ร่วมวางแผนการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในโรงพยาบาล - มีประสบการณ์ การบริการจัดการควบคุมงานรักษาความปลอดภัยที่มีกำลังพลไม่น้อย 40 คน ระยะเวลาต้องไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปีในระดับผู้จัดการหน่วยงาน
