หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project: Salesforce Database - New Environment Phase1 Project Implementation •Support new environment project activities of data migration and liaising with relevant project stakeholders (Sales, Business Development Team) •Monitor and ensure consistency of launching of new environment data across multi-channels. Inform and advise the supervisor in case of data inaccuracy and special occurrences •Perform user acceptance tests on the functions and operational effectiveness of the new system Phase 2: System Administration and Maintenance •Perform regular data administration tasks such as processing Sales Pipeline, monitoring regular automated data feeds into Salesforce, maintaining data consistency, and uploading data from other channels/campaigns manually when needed •Perform basic configuration on database platform, and general administration tasks such as creating new users, and permissions •Act as a focal point and handling of database operation issues, following defined support procedures and working with relevant parties as required •Support database enhancement process for new desired features and/or new systems, liaising with local, regional, and global IT teams •Perform testing of enhancements and provide user training with documentation •Ensure that Salesforces’ Thailand meets the highest standards of data protection and privacy laws Analytics, Reporting & Modelling •Create performance dashboard and reports in Salesforce, to support related team in the day-to-day operation and to reach Business’s objectives •Create new and amend existing reports and dashboards for analysis and segmentation purposes. •Analyze Sales pipeline data and present written and verbal analysis, reporting, modeling, and research findings to key stakeholders by synthesizing complex data and concepts into easy-to-comprehend and comprehensive presentations for Business to accelerate growth of revenue stream activities. •Work with multi stakeholders to satisfy their business intelligence requirements for analysis, report creation, data extracts, and data modeling within a strong Sales management framework.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience in CRM (CRM/Salesforces) and database Management. •Work experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred. •Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with fluency in English and Thai. •Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, multi-country business, and manage people and create a positive work environment. •Proven track record of a self-starter who can think out of the box and autonomously execute projects in a fast-paced environment. •Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiatives. •Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate sales pipeline. •Ability to effectively push the team’s vision, while communicating and getting buy-in from key stakeholders\Be a team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethics. •Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders.
