SOC Operator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Responsibility to security incidents and report •Co-Op the security incident with all concerned departments. •Responsible to monitor security system and equipment. CCTV, Access Control, Alarm system for good functioning and immediately response for all system failures. •Prepare shift report to SOC supervisor/ SOC Manager. •Virtual patrolling via CCTV system •Responsible to operate while receiving Alarm. •Responsible to opeate via SOP of Incident. •Able to use a Computer/ Workstation fluently. •Able to work in shifts. •Ability to work under pressure.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor's degree in any related field, Disaster Management, Risk and Disasterr Management, Information Technology is an advantage. •Good written and verbal Thai Communication skillls •1-3 years of security experience in Conrol Room, Command Center, SOC. •Direct experience in Pysical security i.e. CCTV, Acccess Control, Inrusiion Alarm System and Walk-Trough/ Hand-Held Metal Detector. PREFERRED EXPERIENCES •Military or Law Enforcemet experrience is an advantages •Have the knowleadge of security system is an advantage. •Direct experience with CCTV, EACS, IVA, VMS, software. •Proficient in Microsoft office and computer software.
