SAP Functional Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience more than 5 years working in a similar IT functional role, with a focus on SAP support and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and components, with proficiency in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot SAP issues and implement effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in SAP configurations and processes.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Experience with SAP implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and techniques, such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP CPI, and SAP BW/BI.
• Familiarity with industry-specific SAP solutions and best practices.
• Experience working in Power automation, Power apps or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Business process improvement and audit framework.
