Accommodation Manager (Fluent in English)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties including property/boarding set-up, support in the induction of residents.
• Focused on all resident's safety and campus security, as well as ensuring residents follow policy and reporting finding/ actions to the clients.
• Oversee scheduled inspections for all fire safety equipment ensuring that they are serviced by an approved contractor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in built environment or related field.
• Knowledge of environment and sustainability.
• H&S Certified.
• Fluent in English
• At least 2 years of experience in managing accommodation/ residential building or hotel.
• Experienced in team management.
• Good at Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
