หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily hotel operations for housekeeping departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort are upheld.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and manage the hotel budget, including expenses, revenues, and profitability.
• Training and Supervise hotel staff to ensure consistent high-quality performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cleaning or hotel management or a similar role at least 2 years.
• Have own car.
• Able to travel upcountry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
