Project Manager (M&E) (โรงเรียนนานาชาติ, ดอนเมือง)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the project on as per the original schedule, plan and budget.
• Inform client and PCS management for any risk and/or delays in advance.
• Use professional tools for Project & Construction Management and supervision
• Manage the teams and sub-contractors on site without any failure.
• Managing procurement of supplier for project works in coordination with PCS Procurement dept and policy.
• Support Salesperson for presentations to the clients, site surveys all necessary activities for preparing the proposal and presenting to the clients.
• Forecasting Sales Targets and Budgeting
• Reporting, submitting weekly progress report and joining weekly meeting with Engineering Sales Manager.
• Working closely with the Engineering operations team in the development of the solution and proposal

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Cooling and industrial
• Minimum of 8 years’ Experience in Cooling Systems such as Chillers, Airconditioning, Cooling Towers, HVAC, pumps and Electrical Power Systems such as Medium and Low Voltage Power Distribution Networks design and solutions.
• Minimum of 8 years’ Experience in Project and construction management, consulting.
• Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in Facilities Management, and / or complex services
• Engineering License (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Good presentation and negotiation skills by using Microsoft Office tools properly.
• Computer Literate in IOT, SCADA, basic programming of sensors and design dashboard
• Strong English and Thai Communication Skills
