To maintain /improve service quality through service agreed standard and safe facilities
To monitor and check specification of Landscape work
To responsible and coordinate landscape project that related to keep facilities maintained
To develop landscape and environment
To control project renovation
Propose the Landscape area by monthly or yearly plan to develop and change to refresh the area to the best environment
Coordinate and survey check the project area with contractor to find the best contractor and solution for construction
Check quotation compares with material respectability
Check contractor design and material specification for respectability of landscape and building renovation
Update and revise as built drawing for project renovation
Support Senior Facilities Manager for overall facility management

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Fluent in English, must be able to communicate effectively in English when working with international colleagues or stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape or building renovation project management
Proven experience in contractor coordination and reviewing construction designs and materials
Strong knowledge in landscape and environmental design
Excellent project planning and management skills
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools
Ability to analyze and compare quotations and material specifications
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and contractors
