หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• To maintain /improve service quality through service agreed standard and safe facilities
• To monitor and check specification of Landscape work
• To responsible and coordinate landscape project that related to keep facilities maintained
• To develop landscape and environment
• To control project renovation
• Propose the Landscape area by monthly or yearly plan to develop and change to refresh the area to the best environment
• Coordinate and survey check the project area with contractor to find the best contractor and solution for construction
• Check quotation compares with material respectability
• Check contractor design and material specification for respectability of landscape and building renovation
• Update and revise as built drawing for project renovation
• Support Senior Facilities Manager for overall facility management

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Fluent in English, must be able to communicate effectively in English when working with international colleagues or stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape or building renovation project management
• Proven experience in contractor coordination and reviewing construction designs and materials
• Strong knowledge in landscape and environmental design
• Excellent project planning and management skills
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools
• Ability to analyze and compare quotations and material specifications
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and contractors
