Sales Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job summary -Product owner of assigned product ranges.Manage new product developments.according to product roadmap and market demand in close collaboration with customer and sales division .Takes a leading role in cross function teams .Coordination of relevant parties to deliver market-ready,successful products.Provide detailed product knowledge to relevant parties.Responsible for keeping up-to-date with products innovations and market trends.Monitor existing product range over the lifecycle and initates continous product improvement.Provide detailed product Key responsibility 1.Product owner to carry out action plan according NOD roadmap+category strategy+market demand,Managing product Ranges 2.On-site analysing of customer demands,Special Product Request(SPR) and improvement of existing product assortment 3.Contact and negotiate with existing and new suppliers including travel to supplier for evaluation ,exchange on product innovations.developments,opportunities and establish relationship. 4.Project management as assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.ฺBachelor's Degree in Engineering(preferred Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical)or related field.Master degree is of advance 2.Minimum 3 year professional experience in relevant field or similar industry or products. 3.Marketing,Purchasing Relevant product knowledge and Quality Management is of advance 4.Market knowledge and International Exposure is a plus 5.Understanding of Production and Production methods Knowledge - Understanding of testing methods and certification - Basic knowledge of Purchasing and Logistics - Knowledge of business processes and internal processing Skills - Planning,Project management & reporting skills - Good presentation skills ,Fluent English,Technical understanding - Negotiation ,Communication and Cost & Calculation skills/Analyzing and problem solving skills - MS Office (Word ,Excel,PowerPoint); AutoCAD /SketchUp is advantage Attribute - Sense of ownership and leadership - Teamwork - Self -confidence -Interpersonal skills
