Implement and administer system software, including operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, and other infrastructure services.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (or collaborate with security professionals) to identify and remediate system weaknesses.
Monitor system activity for suspicious behavior and investigate potential security incidents.
Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Monitor system health and performance, proactively identify potential problems, and take corrective actions to prevent outages.
Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection procedures.
Collaborate with other Global IT teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
Supporting project implementation for IT Team.
Support data to IT Auditing ISO27001 and IT Compliance team.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in System Admin or IT Infrastructure.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and security concepts.
In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.
Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
Experience with Windows server, AD, DHCP, DNS and manage complex GPO.
Experience with O365 Exchange online management.
Experience with IT Audit ISO27001.
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and penetration testing methodologies (a plus).
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems (a plus).
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
