Customer Service Team Lead (Luxury brand / Restaurant / Travel)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manages team members in the day-to-day performance of work, provides leadership and coaching, motivates and builds positive team atmosphere.
• Coordinates and distributes work, monitors workloads and backlogs and makes necessary adjustments.
• Participates in the recruitment of new staff.
• Identifies areas of improvement and introduces new structures and processes as required.
• Handles customers’ escalations.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of supervisory or team leader role in luxury retail, food & beverage, or contact center industry.
• Has genuine passion for premium coffee.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willing to perform staggered shifts including weekends and public holidays.
